Agreement Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Agreement is an electronic contract that provides the terms you must accept to use the Service. User is at his/her discretion to use this App. We “bAngrez” are not responsible for user activities in or outside of this app.
User will get connected to other user on the basis of the availability of the user using our App that time. Call connection will be random and is based on the levels of the user.
bAngrez is a complete learning platform. We are strictly against any abusive content or any inappropriate or suspicious behavior.
Calls and other features by bAngrez will totally depends on the availability of the services/users. We are not providing any guarantee for the user to connect call every time he/she logged in. Call and services totally depends on the availability of the users and servers.
We are providing a mechanism for users to block other users in case of any misleading information or inappropriate behaviour by providing a block option i.e. Report button at the end of the call. Depending on the number of abuse reported user will be suspended from the use of our services for hours or days.
We are providing a strong algorithm which will automatically block the users from using our services for hours or days in case of any suspicious behaviour. We are managing it very strictly. Users have no right to challenge this automatic blocking or blocking hours set by us.
This automatic blocking algorithm will automatically block user from using our services for hours or days irrespective of subscription purchased. Users have no right to challenge this automatic blocking or blocking hours set by us.
The automatic blocking algorithm will depend on various factors like calls, successful calls, 4/5 star earned, abuse reported, talktime, call disconnection etc. Depending on these factors and number of block times users will be suspended from using our services for hours or days. Users have no right to challenge this automatic blocking or blocking hours set by us.
Number of times user can connect the calls or use our services are under bAngrez rights. bAngrez will decide the number of calls user can connect daily and can be changed at any point of time.
User can give ratings at the end of every successful calls to other users. Ratings will decide your levels or rewards by us.
bAngrez will provide some rewards in form of coins. Any awards given to users in terms of coins or certificates is at the discretion of bAngrez. Any use of this coin is at the discretion of bAngrez. Outside this App these coins have absolutely no value.
Redeeming of coins is not guaranteed.
Any virtual coins on our App are the property of bAngrez. If Account suspended for any reason, the users won't be able to claim for any coins lost.
Any illegal monetary activities are strictly prohibited in this App. bAngrez is in no way responsible for any monetary transaction irregularities or monetary loss of users.
Payout system provided by bAngrez i.e., PAYTM/BankAccount/Non-Indian Nationals. Users should also agree with their terms and conditions while using it. Any violations of terms can have the similar legal actions or repercussion. For Non-Indian nationals payment will be made in few days by our payout team after taking payment information request.
Send Gifts is at discretion of users. bAngrez is in no way responsible for failed transactions or monetary loss. But any sending of gifts for any illegal purposes is strictly prohibited. bAngrez is in no way responsible for these transactions.
Any turnaround or cheating for earning coins, payouts, subscriptions, purchases etc. is strictly prohibited. Any violation will invite legal action.
Any monetary transaction outside this App among the users is not responsibility of bAngrez app.
We are providing a mechanism for users to identify the gender of the caller while using our feature. User has to select male/female gender identification of the other caller at the start the call.
We are providing mechanism to redeem coins through PAYTM/BankAccount payout under bAngrez redeemed coins value. The valuation of coins can be changed anytime and is under the right of bAngrez to decide the current value of a coin and minimum value to be redeemed and maximum number of times user can redeem daily.
We may, at any time and for any reason make changes to this Agreement. We may do this for a variety of reasons including to reflect changes in or requirements of the law, new features, or changes in business practices. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted, and you should regularly check for the most recent version. The most recent version is the version that applies. If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you of the changes by reasonable means, which could include notification through the Services or via email. If you continue to use the Services after the changes become effective, then you shall be deemed to have accepted those changes. If you don't agree to these changes, you must end your relationship with us by ceasing to use the Services and leaving our app bAngrez.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on bAngrez and use the Service. By creating a bAngrez account and using the Service, and by agreeing to terms and conditions user accepts he/she is above eligibe age to use this bAngrez app.
In order for our analytics and activities tracking purposes, We are using firebase/facebook sdk.
Creating an Account on bAngrez. In order to use bAngrez, you have to provide various credentials as decided by bAngrez from time to time.
We will be constantly identifying the wrong gender provided in the app. If found user will be suspended to use our services further or gender will be changed automatically.
Term and Termination. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or have a bAngrez account. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by uninstalling the app. bAngrez may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if bAngrez believes that you have breached this Agreement in its sole discretion. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees for in app purchases.
Non-commercial Use by Users. The Service is for personal use only. Users may not use the Service or any content contained in the Service (including, but not limited to, content of other users, designs, text, graphics, images, video, logos, software, and computer code) in connection with any commercial endeavors, such as advertising or soliciting any user to buy or sell any products or services not offered by the bAngrez. Users of the Service may not use any information obtained from the Service to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any other user without his or her prior explicit consent. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not use the Service for any purpose except with bAngrez's express consent (such as for promoted profiles or other advertisements), which bAngrez may provide or deny in its sole discretion. bAngrez may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Service.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information you use for bAngrez, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. You agree to immediately notify bAngrez of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your login credentials.
There is no refund or cancellation policy. No refund will be provided to any users.
Interactions with Other Users

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BANGREZ CURRENTLY DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS. THE BANGREZ ALSO DOES NOT VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF ITS USERS. THE BANGREZ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS. THE BANGREZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK OR OTHER SCREENINGS (SUCH AS SEX OFFENDER REGISTER SEARCHES), AT ANY TIME AND USING AVAILABLE PUBLIC RECORDS.
bAngrez is not responsible for the conduct of any user. In no event shall bAngrez, its affiliates or its partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users or persons you meet through the Service. You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person, or if you decide to send money to another user. In addition, you agree to follow bAngrez safety tips, located in the Service, prior to using the Service. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to other users.
Predators can be anywhere. Users are advised to not to share any personally identifiable or important information on the platform with other users. Users are also advised to not to agree to meet offline or any other platform.

Proprietary Rights

All editorial content, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trademarks on the bAngrez are protected by copyright laws and/or other laws and/or international treaties, and belong to us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be. These works, logos, graphics, sounds or images may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted or circulated whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be. bAngrez owns and retains all proprietary rights in the bAngrez App.

Content Posted by You in the Service

THERE IS NO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT OR ABUSIVE USERS.
You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display or otherwise make available on the Service or transmit to other users, including text messages, chat, videos, photographs, or profile text, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively, "Content"). You shall not post as part of the Service, or transmit to bAngrez or any other user (either on or off the Service), any offensive, inaccurate, incomplete, abusive, obscene, profane, threatening, intimidating, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another person's rights (including intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You represent and warrant that (i) all information that you submit upon creation of your account, including information submitted from your Gmail account, is accurate and truthful and that you will promptly update any information provided by you that subsequently becomes inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or false and (ii) you have the right to post the Content on the Service and grant the licenses set forth below.
You understand and agree that bAngrez may, but is not obligated to, record, store, monitor or review any Content you post or transmit as part of a Service. bAngrez may delete any Content, in whole or in part, that in the sole judgment of bAngrez violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of the Service or bAngrez.
By posting Content as part of the Service, You grant bAngrez an exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, non-revocable, worldwide license to use recorded conversations to use, display, store, host, process, adapt, publish, edit, modify, distribute and monetise the Content. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Service and researching and developing new ones.
In addition to the types of Content described in Section above, the following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is prohibited in the Service. You may not post, upload, display or otherwise make available Content that:

spams or solicits bAngrez's users;
requests money from, or is intended to defraud, other users of the Service;
advocates harassment or intimidation of another person;
promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
promotes information that is false or misleading, or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is defamatory, libelous or otherwise objectionable;
promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs, images, audio or video files or links to them;
contains video, audio photographs, or images of another person without his or her permission (or in the case of a minor, the minor's legal guardian);
contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other illegal manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18;
provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons or drugs, violating someone's privacy, or providing, disseminating or creating computer viruses;
contains viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful, or disruptive codes, components or devices;
impersonates, or otherwise misrepresents affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;
provides information or data you do not have a right to make available under law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information);
solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users or disseminates another person's personal information without his or her permission.
bAngrez reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate and take any legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating or suspending the account of such violators.

Your use of the Service, including all Content you post through the Service, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that bAngrez may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary, such as to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service or allow you to use the Service in the future; or (v) protect the rights, property or personal safety of bAngrez or any other person.
You agree that any Content you place on the Service may be viewed by other users and may be viewed by any person visiting or participating in the Service (such as individuals who may receive shared Content from other bAngrez users).

Gender

For data processing, bAngrez, does not share any personally identifiable information with any of their 3rd party data processor.

The right to rectification:

Individuals are entitled to have personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

bAngrez, allows users to modify all the data provided by the user. Any additional data which user feels they are not able to change, can be manually requested to be edited.

The right to erasure/Right to be Forgotten:

Individuals have the right to get personal data concerning them erased by the controllers.

bAngrez, allows users to request deletion of their part or full data on bAngrez by manually requesting it.

The right to restriction of processing - Data Subjects have the right to 'block' or suppress processing of certain subsets of their personal data in the event of inaccurate or improperly obtained data. When processing is restricted, you are permitted to store the personal data, but not further process it.

bAngrez ensures that all data of the user is taken only after permission from the user. Even after that, if a user wants to restrict any processing, users can manually request it. Currently, none of the user data is shared for processing with any 3rd party.

The right to data portability

The right to data portability allows individuals to obtain and reuse their personal data for their own purposes across different services.

bAngrez, allows users to request their data from bAngrez for the purpose of verification/issues by manually requesting it.

Rights related to automated decision making and profiling

The GDPR prevents automated decision-making without human intervention in certain circumstances, in particular for decisions that "produce a legal effect or a similarly significant effect on the individual."

bAngrez does not use any automated decision making as of today. All decisions are based on human defined rules

Prohibited Activities. bAngrez reserves the right to investigate, suspend and/or terminate your account if you have misused the Service or behaved in a way bAngrez regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications. The following is a partial list of the type of actions that you may not engage in with respect to the Service. You will not:

use of abusive language
post or transmit objectionable content
impersonate any person or entity.
Login as wrong gender.
Frequent call disconnection.
Low 4/5 star earned with respect to successful calls.
Abuse reported and low talktime.
post any Content that is prohibited or frequent call disconnection.
"stalk" or otherwise harass any person.
express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by bAngrez without our specific prior written consent.
use the Service in an illegal manner or to commit an illegal act.
access the Service in a jurisdiction in which it is illegal or unauthorized.
use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
collect usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.
interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.
transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service (either directly or indirectly through use of third party software).
"frame" or "mirror" any part of the Service, without bAngrez prior written authorization.
use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to bAngrez or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of bAngrez) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose.
modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service any software used on or for the Service, or cause others to do so.
post, use, transmit or distribute, directly or indirectly, (e.g. screen scrape) in any manner or media any content or information obtained from the Service other than solely in connection with your use of the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

Customer Service. bAngrez provides assistance and guidance through its customer care representatives. When communicating with our customer care representatives, you agree to be respectful and kind. If we feel that your behavior towards any of our customer care representatives or other employees is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account.

Only one individual can use a particular bAngrez Account. Multiple individual using a single account is a violation of bAngrez policy and accordingly all such accounts will be suspended.

Facilities provided in Premium Pack can change from time to time. bAngrez does not guarantee all the features in the premium pack at all times.

There is a daily limit in GENDER_FILTER_PACK. Also we do not guarantee matching the exact desired gender.

We do gender change systematically according to system check gender identification algorithm.

bAngrez deserves the right to suspend any account in case of suspicious activities.

Users and Experts are solely responsible for their privacy while using video call feature.

bAngrez will not be responsible for any lost chat or friend details.

bAngrez under no circumstances retrieves the chat or friend list.

Users can be suspended from using friend/chat section in case of any suspicious activity.

Users can be suspended from using expert section in case of any suspicious activity.

bAngrez is not responsible for any chat, audio call, video call happening between users or experts.

There is no refund policy for any of the subscription provided by the bAngrez App. All the subscription are under discretion of bAngrez policy.

Coins given in forms of rewards anywhere in the app is under the rights of bAngrez.

Bank Accounts and paytm numbers can be blocked from taking the payout, if any suspicious or illegal activities is observed.

In App Purchases.

Generally. From time to time, bAngrez may offer additional products and services for purchase ("in app purchases") through, Google Play or other application platforms authorized by bAngrez (each, a "Software Store"). Please go through the details provided in in-app purchase document to buy coins. If you choose to purchase coins, you will be prompted to in-app purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for in app purchases provided by play store. Some Software Stores may charge you sales tax, depending on where you live. Various services offer by bAngrez will be made available by deducting your available coins. You can redeem coins through PAYTM/ bank account in accordance with the policy of bAngrez app.
Credits and Other Virtual Items. From time to time, you may be able to purchase bAngrez coins, with "real world" money, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use "virtual items," to use various services provided by us. You are only allowed to purchase Virtual Items as "Coins" from us through the in-app service and not in any other way. Purchase and use of Virtual Items through a Software Store is subject to such Software Store's governing documents, including but not limited to its terms of service and privacy policy. Regardless of the terminology used, Virtual Items represent a limited license right governed by this Agreement. Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, Virtual Items obtained by you are licensed to you, and you acknowledge that no title or ownership in or to Virtual Items is being transferred or assigned to you. This Agreement should not be construed as a sale of any rights in Virtual Items. Any Virtual Item (Coins) balance shown in your account can be used for services or redeem in PAYTM account directly with our provided redemption values. Virtual Items do not incur fees for non-use, however, the license granted to you in Virtual Items will terminate in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, when bAngrez ceases providing the Service or your Account is otherwise terminated. bAngrez, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to charge fees for the right to access or use Virtual Items and/or may distribute Virtual Items with or without charge. bAngrez may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items at any time. bAngrez shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that bAngrez exercises any such rights. The transfer of coins can be done to send gifts to other users for his/her recognition in building your learning path, and you shall not sell. Virtual Items may only be redeemed through the Service or Payment gateway of PAYTM provided with in the App. ALL PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. The provision of Virtual Items for use in the Service is a service provided by bAngrez that commences immediately upon the acceptance of your purchase of such Virtual Items. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your bAngrez account. bAngrez may revise the pricing for the goods and services offered through the Service at any time. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT bAngrez IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.

EXPERT TALK USAGE ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

THE BANGREZ ALSO DOES NOT VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF ITS EXPERTS. THE BANGREZ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF EXPERTS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE EXPERTS.

In no event shall bAngrez, its affiliates or its partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with experts you meet through the Service. You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with experts, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person, or if you decide to send money to another expert. In addition, you agree to follow bAngrez safety tips, located in the Service, prior to using the Service. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to experts.
Predators can be anywhere. Users are advised to not to share any personally identifiable or important information on the platform with experts. Users are also advised to not to agree to meet offline or any other platform.
18 and above years of age is the mandatory requirement for using expert talk.
Users are strictly advised not to share any personal information with the expert.
We have not done any background check, so please do not share any of your personal details with the expert. You will be solely responsible for your own privacy and personal information.
We do not take any responsibility for the conduct of any expert.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR EXPERTS:

Predators can be anywhere. Experts are advised to not to share any personally identifiable or important information on the platform with users. Experts are also advised to not to agree to meet offline or any other platform.
18 and above years of age is the mandatory requirement for becoming expert.
Experts are strictly advised not to share any personal information with the user.
We have not done any background check, so please do not share any of your personal details with the users. You will be solely responsible for your own privacy and personal information.
We do not take any responsibility for the conduct of any users.
There is no employment liability for registering as expert. No employment related benefit will be provided to any expert.
Experts are prohibited to ask personal information from users.
Experts can be suspended from expert position in case of any complain or suspicious activity. Experts do not have any rights to challenge the decision of bAngrez App.
Payout to experts follow all the rules already defined above.

Modifications to Service. bAngrez reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that bAngrez shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. To protect the integrity of the Service, bAngrez reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block users from certain IP addresses from accessing the Service.

Copyright Policy; Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service (and such description must be reasonably sufficient to enable bAngrez to find the alleged infringing material, such as a url);
your address, telephone number and email address;
a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

All third party content is the responsibility of the respective authors of such content. You acknowledge and agree that bAngrez is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, information, statements, advertising, goods or services, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, third parties found in or through the Service are solely between you and such third party. You further acknowledge and agree that bAngrez shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any such content, information, statements, advertising, goods or services or other materials available on or through any such website or resource.

Limitation on Liability. Arbitration and Governing Law.

Indemnity by You. You agree to indemnify and hold bAngrez, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and its and their officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of or failure to comply with this Agreement (including any breach of your representations and warranties contained herein), any postings or Content you post in the Service, and the violation of any law or regulation by you. bAngrez reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with bAngrez in connection therewith.

Notice. bAngrez may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to this Agreement, using any reasonable means, which may include email, SMS, MMS, text message or postings in the Service. Such notices may not be received if you violate this Agreement by accessing the Service in an unauthorized manner. You agree that you are deemed to have received any and all notices that would have been delivered had you accessed the Service in an authorized manner.

Entire Agreement; Other. This Agreement, with the Privacy Policy and any specific guidelines or rules that are separately posted for particular services or offers in the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and bAngrez regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bAngrez to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that your bAngrez account is non-transferable and all of your rights to your profile or contents within your bAngrez account terminate upon your death. No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created as a result of this Agreement and you may not make any representations or bind bAngrez in any manner.

Each and every user of the bAngrez app has to follow the following Community guidelines under any circumstances while using any feature on bAngrez including Room feature, Expert feature, Connect feature, Chat feature, Feedback feature, Friend feature, etc. :

bAngrez is a place where people gather in all kinds of ways, and talk about everything from potatoes to politics. We figured we’d better take the time to write out some ground rules. These guidelines exist so that everyone can feel as safe and comfortable as possible on bAngrez (even when we’re having hard conversations). Whenever you are using any feature on bAngrez including Room feature, Expert feature, Connect feature, Chat feature, Feedback feature, Friend feature, etc, you’re agreeing to follow the guidelines listed here, and to encourage others not to violate them, too.
Be yourself (literally)
- We don’t allow impersonation of any person. User accounts must represent individual people.
- You should only have one account. We don’t allow the creation of duplicate accounts by one individual, whether you’re representing yourself or another entity.
Behavior that’s not OK
- Harassing people
  Don’t harass anyone. Don’t make lewd propositions, use extreme insults, or celebrate or mock someone experiencing a tragedy. Don’t doxx people. Don’t share, threaten to share, or incentivize the sharing of other people's private information.
- Hateful or discriminatory speech or conduct
  Don’t incite hatred or discriminate against based on things like race, religion, national origin, caste, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability. This covers, but is not limited to, slurs, insults, and conspiracies. Accounts whose purpose is to promote hateful conduct are absolutely prohibited, as are hate organizations.
- Threats of violence
  Don’t threaten violence or harm against any individual or group of individuals, glorify acts of violence against others, or encourage others to commit acts of violence.
- Trolling or disrupting the stage
  Don’t behave in a way that intentionally disrupts or ruins the experience for other people, like joining a stage and making abusive statements or loud noises.
Content that’s not OK
- Child endangerment
  Don’t do anything to endanger children ever. We absolutely prohibit any sexualization of or solicitation of minors, and any content that may endanger their welfare. This includes the sharing of suggestive, sexual, mature, graphic, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content with minors.
- Graphic violence
  Don’t share media that includes excessive gore, themes of violence, harm to animals, or other forms of extreme violence that may shock or disgust people.
- Harmful misinformation and disinformation
  Don’t spread harmful health misinformation, spread misinformation for the purpose of making money, or for the purpose of manipulating or interfering in elections or other civic processes. The promotion of "synthetic" or manipulated media that is intended or likely to cause harm is also prohibited.
- Illegal activities and the sale of regulated goods or services
  Don’t share illegal content or use bAngrez to conduct any unauthorized or illegal activities, promote illegal activities, or to sell or market highly regulated goods and services.
- Intellectual property violations
  Don’t engage in any conversations or upload any content that violates any intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
- Sexual exploitation
  Don’t share non-consensual sexual images, content that depicts or promotes sexual assault, or content that sexualizes the unique attributes of young children in any way, even if that content features actual adults pretending to be children.
- Suicide and Self-harm
  Don’t encourage or promote acts of self-harm or suicide.
- Terrorism or violent extremism
  Don’t do anything that praises or promotes terrorism, violence, or proscribed terror groups. These organizations are neither welcome nor allowed on bAngrez, and the existence of accounts or use of accounts for the purpose of furthering violent or extremist ideologies or activities is prohibited.
- Nudity
  Just don’t. No shirt, no bra, no pants, no undies, no service. We don’t allow nudity or pornographic images on bAngrez.
Other things that just kinda suck
- Artificial behavior
  Don’t misrepresent or misuse your account in ways that could be confusing for other users. This includes adding fake "verified account" check marks (we don’t have verification right now), fake speaking indicators or fake moderators badges to your profile photo. We prohibit the artificial amplification or suppression of information, like bot audiences, and any attempts to manipulate the platform to enable this.
- False reporting
  Don’t abuse our reporting systems. Mass fake incident report submissions or otherwise intentionally false reports of Community Guidelines violations are not allowed, and we suspend accounts who abuse reports.
- Selling bAngrez features and growth
  Don’t sell bAngrez features. This includes but is not limited to the following: the sale or solicitation of bAngrez access, reach, or engagement (e.g., accounts, clubs, usernames, follows).
- Threats to bAngrez
  Don’t threaten our team. We prohibit intentional threats to the bAngrez app, the privacy or security of user accounts, or to bAngrez employees, staff, or partners. This includes, but is not limited to, unwanted attempts to contact bAngrez employees, staff, or partners via personal channels including personal email addresses, phone numbers, in person visits, or via other unauthorized or invasive methods. Attempts to do so will constitute a violation and may be escalated to law enforcement.
- Spam or scams
  We don’t allow irrelevant or unsolicited messages shared to other users, like sending unwanted or inappropriate app invites, DMs, repeated requests to join rooms etc, and adding users as event hosts or guests without their permission. We also prohibit the use of scam tactics to solicit money or private financial information, investment and financial schemes, or raiding funds directed towards individuals or organizations that may violate our guidelines.
What if my issue isn’t covered here?
If someone has not violated any of our guidelines, but you’d still rather not see or hear them around, here are some tools that might help.
Room hosts decide who is in a room and can speak.
- As a moderator, you have total control over who is allowed on stage. If you’d like to invite someone from the audience to speak, just tap on the profile photo of that user and select “Invite to Speak.” If someone else requests to speak, you have the option to decline.
- You can also temporarily mute a speaker or move them back to the audience. To mute, tap on their profile photo, then tap the mute button to the right of their profile photo.
- If someone is being disruptive or distressing to you or others in the room, moderators can remove them from the room entirely, and they will no longer see or be able to re-enter the room.

You may use our Products and features only if you can form a binding contract with bAngrez, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you sign up for our Products you must provide us with accurate and complete information to allow us to create, verify, and maintain your account. You are not permitted to use our Products if you are under the age of lawful consent under the laws of your country of residence.
Subject to these Terms and our policies (including our Community Guidelines), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our Products. If you are using the Products on behalf of a business or some other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business or entity to these Terms and you agree to these Terms on behalf of that business or entity (and all references to “you” and “your” in these Terms will mean both you as the end user and that business or entity).
Some of our Products may consist of software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device. You agree that we may automatically upgrade those Products, and these Terms will apply to all upgrades.
By opening an account with us and providing your mobile telephone number or email address, you agree that we may communicate with you via text messages or other electronic means to your mobile device, provided that we obtain your consent where we are legally required to do so. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number or email address, you agree to promptly update your bAngrez account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the wrong person.

Your Content
Our Products allow you and others around the world to use your voices to interact with each other in real time. They also allow you to post content, including audio content, visual images, text, and symbols. Anything you say, post, or make available in our Products is referred to as “User Content.”
A. Your rights and responsibilities
bAngrez is a place for people to talk, tell stories, develop ideas, deepen friendships, and meet interesting new people around the world. As part of this community, you must follow our Community Guidelines when you use our Products. You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your account, so it’s important that you keep your account secure. If you think that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, please advise us immediately.
You retain all ownership rights in the User Content you contribute to bAngrez. But you also give us legal permission to use that content as explained in the next section.
B. How bAngrez and others can use your content
You grant bAngrez and its users a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of using, operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving our Products in any media formats or channels. Nothing in these Terms restricts other legal rights bAngrez or its users may have to User Content, for example under other licenses, express or implied. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or other policies.
We call User Content that is made available to anyone using our Products “Public Content.” This includes any content contributed to rooms etc that are available to anyone on bAngrez (“Public Rooms” etc). You grant bAngrez, its users, and its business partners an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and perpetual license to create derivative works from, promote, exhibit, broadcast, syndicate, reproduce, distribute, synchronize, publicly perform, and publicly display your Public Content in any form and in any media. When you create Public Content or speak in Public Rooms etc you also grant bAngrez, its users, and our business partners an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and perpetual right and license to use your name, likeness, and voice, for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
You represent and warrant to us that the User Content you contribute to bAngrez is either not subject to copyright or any other proprietary rights or that you have all necessary permissions, clearances, and authorizations to contribute the User Content to bAngrez and to grant us all of the rights that you grant to us under these Terms.
We have no obligation to edit or control User Content that is contributed to our Products. While we’re not required to do so, we may access, review, screen, and delete your User Content at any time and for any reason, including to provide and develop our Products or if we think your User Content violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or other policies.

Safety
We try hard to make sure bAngrez is a safe place for all users, and we expect you to do the same. By using our Products, you agree that you will comply with these Terms, including our Community Guidelines and any other policies bAngrez makes available in order to maintain the safety of our Products. We reserve the right to remove any content from our Products for any reason, or to limit its availability. We likewise reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account, or limit its availability, for any reason.

Third-Party Links And Services
Our bAngrez app may contain links to third-party websites, services, special offers or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by bAngrez. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party sites, information, materials, products or services. If you access any third-party website, service or content from our Products, you do so at your own risk and you agree that bAngrez will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service or content.

A. User Transactions
Depending on where you are, our Products may allow you to send and receive money, or otherwise transact, with other users of the Products (“User Transaction”). If you receive or seek to receive fees for any User Transaction, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to User Transactions.
bAngrez does not process payments for User Transactions or for any other activity. These services are provided by Google, Inc and Paytm. and its affiliates (“Payment Processor”) and are governed by terms and conditions and other policies issued by the Payment Processor. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Payment Processor’s terms and conditions and privacy policy (together, the “Payment Processor Agreements”). bAngrez is not a party to the Payment Processor Agreements, and is not responsible for Payment Processor’s services. bAngrez assumes no responsibility for any payments you make or receive through our Products.
B. Taxes
It’s your sole responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to User Transactions or the payments you receive in connection with your use of the Products (“Taxes”). You agree to assess, collect, report, and remit the correct Taxes to the proper tax authority in the applicable jurisdiction as required by law. You hereby indemnify and hold bAngrez harmless from and against any and all liability related to Taxes.

Modification And Termination Of The Products and Features
We’re improving our Products, Features and creating new ones all the time. That means we may add or remove features, products, or functions of our Products, and we may also suspend or stop providing our Products. We may take any of these actions at any time for any reason, and when we do, we may not provide you with any notice beforehand.
bAngrez may terminate or suspend this license and your access to our Products at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. bAngrez may also limit your use of specific features in our Products with or without cause or notice to you. While we’ll try to give you reasonable notice beforehand, we can’t guarantee that will be possible in all circumstances. For example, we may deactivate your account due to prolonged inactivity, and we may reclaim your username at any time for any reason, etc.
If you violate any provision of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, your authorization to access our Products terminates automatically.

You agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bAngrez and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defense of claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties), relating to (a) your access to or use of our Products, (b) your User Content, (c) any dispute between you and any third party, or (d) your breach of any of these Terms. bAngrez may assume the exclusive control and defense of any matter for which you have a duty to indemnify bAngrez and, if we do, you agree to cooperate with our defense of those claims.

Our Products and all included content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
bAngrez SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
bAngrez takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other user or third party posts or transmits using our Products. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children or otherwise unsuited to your purpose.
THE LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. bAngrez does not disclaim any warranty or other right that we are prohibited from disclaiming under applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, bAngrez WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PRODUCTS; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

Changes and Notifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be available on our website and via our apps. Revisions will be effective immediately. We may require you to accept the revised version of these Terms in order to continue to use our Products. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using our Products.
Assignment
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted under these Terms, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by bAngrez without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation of the above will be null and void.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any amendments and additional agreements you may enter into with bAngrez in connection with our Products, constitute the entire agreement between you and bAngrez concerning our Products. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect
No Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and bAngrez’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision

Users can be suspended from using the Rooms section in case of any suspicious activity.

bAngrez is not responsible for any chat, audio call, video call happening between users or room hosts.

ROOM FEATURE USAGE ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS AND ROOM HOSTS IN THE ROOM. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BANGREZ CURRENTLY DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS ROOM HOSTS AND USERS. THE BANGREZ ALSO DOES NOT VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF ITS ROOM HOSTS AND USERS. THE BANGREZ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF ROOM HOSTS and USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE ROOM HOSTS.

bAngrez is not responsible for the conduct of any room host or users. In no event shall bAngrez, its affiliates or its partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with room hosts or users you meet through the Service. You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with room hosts or users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person, or if you decide to send money to another room host or user. In addition, you agree to follow bAngrez safety tips, located in the Service, prior to using the Service. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to room hosts or users.

In no event shall bAngrez, its affiliates or its partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with the users you meet through the Service. Applying to become bAngrez influencer, room host or expert does not guarantee final selection.

bAngrez influencer, room hosts or experts are finally selected by the internal assessment team of bAngrez on several undisclosed parameters. The final decision made by bAngrez on deciding the final selection of bAngrez influencers, room hosts or experts cannot be challenged under any circumstances.

Feature related guidelines, requirements and decisions can not be challenged by any user.

Number of Coins to be awarded for a successful Sign in is decided by bAngrez which can change from time to time.

Number of Coins to be awarded for a successful Refer and Earn is decided by bAngrez which can change from time to time.

Conditions for a successful Sign in are decided by bAngrez which can change from time to time.

Our AI model uses your conversation in Connect Now & Expert Talk feature to provide Feedback.
We store your audio recording in our database only if you ask for Feedback in a particular call using Connect Now & Expert Talk feature, otherwise audio recording is immediately deleted after the call.
Feedbacks along with audio recording for the calls for which you have requested feedback is only stored for a period of 7 days. After 7 days it's permanently deleted from our database.
Your audio recording is stored completely safely & securely in our database and it's only used to provide you Feedback.
Please note Audio recording is only done for what you are speaking. We don't record for whatever your partner is speaking. So you grant permission only for your audio recording, your partner is not involved in this as it's a one sided recording.
Feedback Permissions can be managed at top right corner of Feedback section available at Home Page.
Feedback which you recieve is permanently deleted after one week. However, user performance data, in the form of scores received in the Feedback, remains intact and is then used to calculate the rating.
You are advised not to use speaker while using Connect or Expert talk feature. Using speaker will lead to capturing the sound of your partner which in turn will affect your Feedback adversely.
As this is a new feature, so Feedback is not always guaranteed.

Account Deletion Policy

Deleting your account will Permanently delete all the data associated with your account.
You'll lose all the subscriptions, coins, friends and each & every other critical data along with other privileges associated with your account.
Account once deleted cannot be recovered.
We retain your email id and date of account deletion to prevent frauds.
